The hotel has a superb location, steps away from the spa and within walking distance of a small grocery store. The rooms were awkwardly laid out and had a stuffy smell, lacking basic kitchen equipment. The Adventure Center staff was friendly, but did not meet expectations in terms of room furnishing. The dining experience at the Edge Water Cafe was satisfactory. The hotel facilities were average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are located on the first floor, which was very convenient, comfortable, and allowed easy access to the outside. Having a kitchen was a lifesaver, especially with small hungry children around. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our needs with grace. The location was superb, offering easy access to the pool, shuttle services, and the Lodge Bar & Bighorn Restaurants where we enjoyed delicious food. However, the dining options were limited, and I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for money experience.

They were kind and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with finding a suitable unit for my wheelchair user son. I couldn't believe how stylish and comfortable the rooms were; however, they were so small that we couldn't walk around the bed without bumping into furniture. The owners seemed to have made efforts to update some areas but overall, the room felt smaller than usual and a bit outdated.
